Our Mango Varieties
These are mango varieties.
Alphonso Variety
The skin is green with a little red blush while the flesh is pale lemon yellow. It is large in size and ellipse shaped having fresh and sour taste like pineapple when ripe. It is not so fibrous but has firm texture. It softens with pressure without colour change. Mostly available between March and April.

Kent Variety
Green in color with yellowish flesh. Long in size and large in shape having fresh and sour flavor. Fibrous and not firm in texture. It softens with pressure with no visible color change. Available between February and March.
Tommy Atkings Variety
The skin color is green with a little red with yellow and the flesh is pale yellow or light orange very big and large in size with fresh and sour flavor. It is firm and not fibrous, softens with pressure and the skin color lightens with a touch of yellow. Mostly available in April.

Keitt Variety
It has bright yellow skin with orange and red blush, a pure yellow flesh with an oblong shape. Has a sweet flavor with a hint of spice. Soft, juicy and fibrous flesh. when it is ripe, the yellow become golden. Available in February.

Maya Variety
The skin is green while the flesh is dark yellow and orange with ellipse shape. Sweet, rich and spicy with aftertaste of turpentine/kerosene. It has firm flesh. When ripening, green overtone diminish and yellow becomes dominant. Available mostly in February.
